CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
No, but you are likely to find some great deals on sites such as Amazon UK.
CAN I VIEW YOUR DISCS OUTSIDE THE UK?
Most of our releases are intended for the UK (unless stated otherwise) so are formatted as Region 2/B and will not necassarily play outside this region. Some worldwide retailers will stock our DVDs/Blu-rays as imports but as our rights and licencing agreements only cover the UK, we are not liable for any problems or issues you may experience.
I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY PURCHASE/ ONE OF THE DISCS IS MISSING / ONE OF THE DISCS WON'T PLAY. CAN YOU REPLACE IT?
On the rare occasion that you come across a problem with your purchase, the first port of call should be the retailer from which you bought the item. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are against the retailer – the company that sold you the product – not the manufacturer, so you must take any claim to the retailer.They will either exchange the item for a new one or refund the money. We do not supply replacement DVDs directly unless there are special circumstances. If you are unsure, please contact us via the Contact Us section.
WHY DON'T ALL OF YOUR RELEASES INCLUDE SUBTITLES?
We try to include subtitles where possible but due to the high cost of creating them, this is not always possible. When negotiating a new licence, we always request subtitles and will endeavour to include them where made available to us.
WHEN IS [NAME OF SHOW] BEING RELEASED?
As soon as a title is added to our schedule, it will be listed with all retailers and announced on our website/social media. Until such time, we cannot confirm any future release dates.
CAN YOU RELEASE MY FAVOURITE SHOW? I KNOW LOADS OF PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BUY IT / I SIGNED A PETITION.
We often receive emails about particular shows that you would like to see released. When looking at new titles, we have to weigh up commercial viability, rights availability, performance of comparative titles and origination costs amongst other factors before a decision is made.
CAN YOU SEND ME A CATALOGUE?
Unfortunately we no longer produce physical catalogues due to the fact that most of our business is now online. Should you wish to buy through a catalogue, check out our friends at Moviemail.
